The platform does not provide legal, financial, insurance, accounting, or other professional advice. All AI-generated recommendations should be reviewed and validated by qualified professionals before implementation.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using FractionalRisk.ai ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.

3.4 Limitation of Liability: TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FRACTIONALRISK.AI AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND LICENSORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
- Loss of profits, revenue, or business opportunities
- Loss of data or business interruption
- Damages arising from reliance on AI-generated recommendations
- Costs of procurement of substitute services
- Any other damages arising from your use of the Service
3.5 Maximum Liability: In no event shall our total liability exceed the amounts paid by you to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
